Thank you for your visiting! Please feel free to review shop and browse this site. At the same time, please remember that your access to our online store is subject to the following terms of use as well as all applicable laws. By accessing and using our online store and making a purchase with our company you accept and agree to the Terms of Use. Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. THATCHIC reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

Overview:
When you purchase a product or service we will always make every effort to match each selection to the exact specifications of your order. Because most of our hair is human hair most selections come from an individual donor (one head of hair). For this reason it's impossible to guarantee hair color or texture. Our 100% virgin hair comes in a natural Straight, Wavy or Curly pattern and the natural color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have lighter pieces which are available upon request but are not guaranteed.
Please be forewarned, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with texture, color, issues with natural tapering, split ends or concerns that are typical of a natural human hair product. At THATCHIC we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged by us. Everything goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Order Processing:

Depending on what time you've paced your order, after you place an order, our company can take up to 24–48 hours to process it
(e.g., verify payment, prepare the order, package it). -
Shipping does not start immediately

Wigs are made on demand, Please allow 2-4 days for processing before shipment. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day unless it is a public holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order form. Please note: 3 - 5 business day shipping time-frame does not include the day of processing.
Product Availability:
Terms of sale are based on availability. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving an alternative product that may be available. If we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement and you wish to terminate the sale we will refund the amount charged to your credit card or other payment method used for the original order. We will never refund to another payment method.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We do not offer any price adjustments during sales or promotions.
Payment Terms:
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept credit cards & Visa. As soon as you place an order online you will be charged. Due to the nature of our products, All Sales Are Final.
If you are a new customer and your order is over USD 300, your billing and shipping address are different or you are an international customer you will be asked to fill out a credit card authorization form prior to the release of your order. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will fully be prosecuted of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping cost varies on order, The shipping cost can increase at anytime.
Shipping Delays:
For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our warehouse on behalf of the carrier. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
Please also keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust our carrier to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact us.
Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address:
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via our carrier to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed additional charges to make the correction.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.
Lost Shipments:
If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact us via chat or email. We will contact the carrier right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. This investigation can take up to 30 days. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent pending the carrier’s investigation of the situation.
Customs Duties:
International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

You should assume that everything on this site Is copy written unless otherwise noted and that it must not be used except as provided in the Terms and Conditions or with the express written consent of THATCHIC Any product, service, program, or technology described on the site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, or patent rights) owned by THATCHIC. Any such right that is not expressly licensed herein is reserved by THATCHIC .
Images of people or places displayed on the website are either the property of, or used with permission by, THATCHIC. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted expressly by THATCHIC. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes.
Limitation of Liability:
THATCHIC does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. THATCHIC will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, THATCHIC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate USD amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, THATCHIC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate USD amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
SHIPPING INFORMATION

This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of the delivery of your package.

CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION POLICY
Orders can be changed modified or cancelled within 1 calendar day if the hair hasn't been shipped out. We will need maximumly 2 calendar days to prepare the package for shipping. The order can be cancelled if client cancel the order before shipping, and within the regulated cancellation time(which is 1 calendar day if the hair hasn't been shipped out).
ALL NON-DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There is a Customs fee that can be requested by the postal service upon delivery/receipt of the package. Customers may be subject to a 35% Duty/Customs fee based on the total order value. Her Hair Company is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. Please contact your local postal service for further details. *
ORDER PROCESSING

Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an address other than the billing address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. ThatChic has the right to decline an order and issue a refund at our sole option. Confirmation of billing may be required and customer can/will be contacted via phone and email to complete.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your items have been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, email ThatChic Hair Essentials at info@thatchichairessentials.com Please, have your order number prepared when you email. We do not ship on weekends, holidays, and in the occurrence of a natural disaster.
BACKORDERS
Rare, but if a backorder occurs on your item(s); you will be placed on a priority waitlist. We will immediately ship item(s) upon arrival. To add, we will contact you by phone or email with the estimated arrival date. If we are unable to ship the backordered item(s) in a reasonable length of time of 7 to 10 business days, we will contact you immediately and offer you an option of a full payment refund.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the product, your order must meet Federal Health Regulations before requesting a return or exchange, and all hair must be ensured not been used, washed or processed.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
RETURNS
All hair has undergone a quality assurance process to ensure it is free of imperfections. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different, please email customer service at info@thatchichairessentials.com within 3 business days of the receipt date.
If the hair received does not meet our brand standards, we will gladly exchange it and begin the exchange process per our cost. Our fulfillment department must inspect all incoming shipments to ensure all product is in its original condition. No in-store credit will be given if product has been unraveled, co-washed, or manipulated in any manner from its original state.
EXCHANGES
ThatChic Hair Essentials., at its sole discretion, may exchange products under the following conditions:

Requests must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s).

Any exchange requested after 3 business days of receiving the product will not be honored.

All exchanges will require a return label from our customer service team. Once sent, customers will only be allotted 7 business days to utilize their return label for an exchange. Any timeframe exceeding this allotment will not be honored.

We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (unraveled, washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way.

According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used due to hygienic reasons. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution.

Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value.

In order to process an exchange, the product would need to be sent back at your expense. When requesting an exchange, a ThatChic Hair Essentials representative will send a return label to you via your email address. This label should be printed and placed onto your package to ensure your package is insured during its route back to our offices. Once your product has been received it will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned unused in its original condition, we will exchange the product for something of equal or greater value per your selection.

Exchanges are limited to two exchanges per order. No refunds will be permitted, unless it is determined that ThatChic Hair Essentials is the party at fault due to a fulfillment error, then we shall exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

Customer is responsible for the reshipment cost as that is a separate service that has already been used.

For any exchange that permits a difference (less than original) customer will hold a in-store credit for the remaining balance owed as we do not refund ANY costs.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Our Customer Service department will personally guide you via email to assist you with your returns and exchanges request.
When you receive your item(s), open the box and visually examine the product to verify if you have received the desired texture and lengths you ordered. You can gently take the hair out of the plastic. At this time, you can determine if the products you have received are damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.
